Chain Conveyor
It is a chain conveyor belt suitable for transporting heavy or large-sized goods or parcels, such as pallets or cars. It consists of a single strand chain conveyor and twin strand chain conveyor.
Sorter Conveyor
This conveyor system is designed to change the direction of goods or parcels, allowing for directional changes of 30, 45, 60, or 90 degrees. The system transports goods, parcels, or loads to specified destination points, facilitating fast, accurate, and efficient transportation, thereby enhancing overall transport effectiveness.
Roller Conveyor
To transport goods or parcels on a conveyor belt. It features a simple structure and can be powered or non-powered, utilizing rollers to support goods or parcels. It withstands impacts well, is easy to maintain and repair, and is widely used across various industries, such as Power Roller, Free Roller, or Poly-cord Roller systems.
Spiral Conveyor
To transport goods up or down between different levels, particularly useful where space is limited. It allows continuous transport of goods or parcels and can accumulate items along the length of the conveyor belt. Examples include Spiral Gravity, Spiral Top Chain, or Spiral Modular systems.
Vertical Conveyor
To continuously transport goods or parcels up or down, ideal for use in limited spaces or for connecting areas with different height levels.
Belt Conveyor
To transport goods or products on the belt, typically made of PVC or PU material. Its main advantages include the ability to achieve higher speeds compared to other conveyor types, low noise operation, and suitability for incline or decline product handling.
Tilt Tray / Cross Belt conveyor
For separating goods or items. It operates by moving along the main conveyor belt, and at the sorting point, a diverter conveyor activates to push the items to their designated receiving points. Key features include the ability to sort to multiple destinations, high accuracy in sorting, and handling large volumes of items efficiently.
AGV/AMR E-Commerce
AGV and AMR used in the e-commerce industry are automated mobile robots employed in warehouses to transport goods and parcels, particularly for tasks involving delivery to warehouse personnel. They reduce labor costs and enhance operational efficiency by operating 24 hours a day. Currently, technology has advanced from AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) to AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots), which are more intelligent systems than AGV.
AMR Forklift
AMR Forklifts are driverless forklifts capable of operating autonomously to enhance work efficiency, reduce labor costs, and improve safety with collision detection systems. They utilize diverse navigation technologies such as laser-guided navigation, camera-based navigation, and hybrid navigation methods.
Caster Deck
A caster deck is a platform equipped with casters that allow it to move in any direction as required, facilitating the easy and quick movement of items such as pallets or ULD containers. It is commonly used across various industries, including within airport facilities.
Dock Leveler
A Dock Leveler is a device used to bridge the gap between a truck and the platform of a warehouse, facilitating convenient, quick, and safe loading and unloading of goods. Dock Levelers can adjust heights and are generally categorized into two main types: mechanical and hydraulic.
Telescopic Conveyor
Designed to transport goods in and out of containers or other trucks with minimal labor. Can adjust both height and length as needed, controlled by an electrical system. This system is suitable for use in warehouses, docks, or distribution centers.
Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS)
ASRS is a technology used in conjunction with smart warehouses for automatic storage and retrieval of goods without the need for manual labor. Enhances accuracy and efficiency in warehouse management. ASRS systems can be customized to fit business needs and typically include Unit Load AS/RS, Mini-Load AS/RS, and Carrousel AS/RS configurations.
Racking System
A Racking System is designed to maximize storage space within warehouses, facilitating organized and efficient storage of goods. Enables systematic picking, placing, and safe handling of products or goods. Types include Selective Racking System, Pallet Flow Racking System, Carton Flow Racking System, and Radio Shuttle Racking System.
